Job summary

Keyes Lexus of Valencia, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring a Service Porter. You will greet customers, safely move and park vehicles, support service drive operations, and assist advisors and technicians to maintain smooth service flow.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; a valid driver’s license is required. This is a full-time on-site role in Valencia, CA with a 5-day work week and rotating days off.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required: training provided.
• Ability to drive and park an automatic transmission vehicle.
• Comfortable greeting customers and directing them to service team members.
• Capable of coordinating with Service Advisors, Technicians, and other staff.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the service department and make a friendly first impression.
• Safely move, park, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles.
• Support vehicle flow in the service drive and parking areas.
• Wash, vacuum, and prepare customer vehicles for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service drive and vehicle areas.
• Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with transportation and daily tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and handle vehicles with care.
