Job Overview

Responsible for coordinating with the service staff to inspect cars for damage, verify accessories, and park customer vehicles. This position directly supports business operations in the service department.

Essential Functions

• Compare serial numbers of incoming cars against invoices.
• Inspect cars to detect damage and verify presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
• Record description of damages and list missing items on a delivery receipt.
• Park new cars in the assigned area, maximizing lot space and maintaining the dealership lot.
• Use equipment for cleaning and servicing of auto parts, maintaining task quality.
• Maintain the proper function of all service tools and equipment.
• Report any damage to the supervising manager.
• Coordinate work with team members and management.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervising manager.

Required Education and Experience

• Three years licensed driving experience with a good driving record (preferred).

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
