Job Summary

The Service Lot Attendant/Porter ensures complete customer satisfaction by moving vehicles within the service area/lot, maintaining vehicle and area cleanliness, delivering vehicles post-service, and transporting customers as needed. The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, eager to work in a fast-paced environment, and holds a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle inventory appearance by cleaning interiors and exteriors, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries as needed
• Place buyer guides and stock tags on vehicles
• Keep lots organized and drive vehicles as directed by the general manager, in line with dealership standards
• Transport vehicles to and from service lanes, stalls, and parking areas
• Manage vehicle inventory with key tags
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from various locations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
