Job summary

Lithia Motors’ L0457 Kia of Round Rock is seeking an Automotive Porter to join their team in Austin, Texas. This part-time role focuses on delivering friendly customer service while moving and parking vehicles, maintaining display areas, and assisting with shuttle duties as needed.

Ideal candidates are able to multi-task, stay active throughout the shift, and keep vehicles clean and presentable for customers. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers dropping off vehicles for repairs.
• Move and work with vehicles to maintain display and support sales activities.
• Delivers vehicles & assist shuttle driver as required.
• Thoroughly clean and maintain all vehicles.
• Monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel as needed.
• Recognize general vehicle repairs and/or building maintenance and notify management.
• Maintain internal and external appearance and cleanliness of assigned areas Run miscellaneous errands for the store.

Porter Responsibilities

• Operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, with ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service Professional appearance and work ethic Effective interpersonal communication skills Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
