Serra Auto Campus - Service Porter Job Description

The Serra Auto Campus is seeking a Service Porter to join our team! This role involves assisting the service team to ensure a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include cleaning customer vehicles, moving vehicles within the service area, and maintaining the courtesy vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate can work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with potential overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in
2. Safely move and park vehicles to ensure smooth service flow
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and waiting areas
4. Perform light maintenance tasks such as topping off fluids and checking tire pressures
5. Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for pickup
6. Maintain courtesy vehicles, including cleaning and refueling
7. Monitor parking lot conditions and report issues, including snow removal
8. Follow all safety policies and procedures
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the service manager or advisor
