Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Ontario is seeking a Service Porter to join our team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will maintain vehicle appearance, perform basic upkeep, and ensure secure vehicle handling while delivering exceptional service to clients.

This role offers hourly pay in the $18–$20 range, with benefits and opportunities for professional development within the Fletcher Jones Automotive Group family.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and performance of vehicles by cleaning interior and exterior as needed, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Performs timely inspections ensuring all vehicles are locked and properly secured.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
