Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Ontario is seeking a Service Porter to support our service department and ensure a smooth operation for customers and vehicles. You will help maintain vehicle cleanliness, assist with basic servicing tasks, and contribute to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Previous experience in automotive or service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and performance of vehicles by cleaning interior and exterior as needed, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Perform timely inspections ensuring all vehicles are locked and properly secured.
• Uphold high levels of customer service by addressing concerns and owning the customer experience.

Skills

As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and performance of vehicles by cleaning interior and exterior as needed, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Performs timely inspections ensuring all vehicles are locked and properly secured.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous experience preferred

Pay : $18 - $20 / hour
