Job summary

Ocean Cadillac, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a Service Porter to greet customers, assist with check-in, and move vehicles safely within the service drive. This role offers exposure to luxury vehicles and a path to grow within the dealership.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, support service advisors, and help ensure a smooth drop-off and pickup experience for customers, with competitive pay and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and assist with vehicle check-in.

• Assist with vehicle inspections, fluid top-offs, and basic maintenance checks.

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of customer vehicles when returned after service.
