Job summary

Findlay Toyota Flagstaff is seeking a team member to shuttle vehicles to service areas and help manage lot flow as service tickets are generated. You will also perform customer courtesy washes and assist in keeping vehicles organized and accessible for staff.

The role requires light physical work, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions, and it demands reliability and a friendly, enthusiastic attitude.

Qualifications

• Able to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.
• Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to bend, kneel, walk or stand for long periods in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
• Assist with vehicle flow within dealership as service tickets are generated.
• Provides customer courtesy washes as requested.
• Inspects vehicles to detect damage and to verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
• Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Services vehicles in storage to protect tires, battery, and finish against deterioration.
