Job summary

Bill Hood Chevrolet is seeking a Service Porter to move and park vehicles and keep the service area neat and organized. You will help manage vehicle flow on the service drive and assist the service advisor with tasks such as tracking key tasks, cleaning cars, and driving vehicles from stalls.

You will ensure vehicles are ready for return after repairs, clean parking lots and stalls, back up shuttle driver duties, and provide friendly service to customers with a positive attitude.

Dealership Service Porter Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle flow in service drive
• Work with service advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties
• Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs
• Clean parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed
• Back up shuttle driver
• Service customer needs with a positive attitude

Porter Requirements:

• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license and must be 21 years of age
