This is an entry-level position giving you the opportunity to learn the automotive industry. We are looking for candidates who are available for full-time hours, have proven customer service experience, and are enthusiastic about their work. Candidate must also have a driver license and clean driving record, as moving vehicles through the shop is a required job duty.

Job duties include moving and parking service vehicles as needed, communicating and providing superior customer service to service clients, directing service customers to the appropriate advisor, obtaining basic information from vehicles to assist with check-in process, retrieving parts and supplies, operating snow removal equipment, washing exterior of vehicles, vacuuming interiors of vehicles, and performing janitorial tasks to keep service drive clean and presentable.

This position works both indoors and outdoors, in a shop environment greeting customers in the service drive. Standing and walking are required for up to 75% of the work shift, and bending, twisting, and kneeling are required primarily for getting in and out of vehicles.

Requirements

Candidates must have the capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models, and must have the ability to drive automatic and manual transmission. A good, clean driving record and valid driver license are required.
