Southern Air of NOLA is seeking a self-motivated Service Plumber to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and small commercial plumbing systems in the New Orleans area. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: $16 - $25/hr. Relocation/commute to New Orleans, LA required.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues preferred.
• State license or certification as required by the state is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Execute troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues.
• Perform timely repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to explain plumbing concerns and solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of services, including before/after photos.
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and participate in safety training.
