Qualifications

• Prior plumbing experience.
• Ability to operate power and hand tools safely.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet physical and environmental demands of position.

• Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability in the field.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• At least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience and a clean record.
• Capability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, installation, and inspection of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and educate customers on solutions.
• Repair and install plumbing, including repipes and slab jobs.
• Conduct plumbing inspections with attention to detail.
• Respond to plumbing emergencies swiftly and safely.
• Uphold safety and regulatory standards at all times.
• Foster relationships with customers through outstanding service.
• Document quotes, invoices, and work performed with accuracy.
• Communicate professionally in all customer and team interactions.
