Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
Plumbing Service
- Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately, perform plumbing services
- Strong residential service experience and troubleshooting skills
- Water heater replacement and repair
- Fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, toilets)
- Drain cleaning
- Use of conventional sewer machines
Drain Technician
- Diagnose problems and provide cost estimates
- Provide solutions to sewer and drain problems
- Educate and assist customers on sewer inspection, repair, and replacement
- Unclog and clean sewers and drains using proper equipment
- Protect company drain and jetting equipment from misuse
- Coordinate with field technicians, warehouse, dispatch, and management
- Exhibit professionalism and knowledge
Plumbing Maintenance Technician
- Complete plumbing evaluation forms accurately
- Perform minor plumbing tasks
- Identify and report potential job leads
- Complete time cards and inventory sheets daily
- Properly complete service invoices and work orders
- Maintain cleanliness of company truck
- Engage in ongoing training and coaching
- Perform routine residential plumbing maintenance
- Build client relationships through excellent service
- Educate clients on maintenance needs
- Adhere to quality and safety standards
Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes?
- Mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of plumbing (preferred but not required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Leak detection and repair skills (a plus)
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Results-driven in a high-energy environment
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Ability to work in various climates
