Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

Plumbing Service

• Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately, perform plumbing services
• Strong residential service experience and troubleshooting skills
• Water heater replacement and repair
• Fixture replacement (faucets, tubs, toilets)
• Drain cleaning
• Use of conventional sewer machines

Drain Technician

• Diagnose problems and provide cost estimates
• Provide solutions to sewer and drain problems
• Educate and assist customers on sewer inspection, repair, and replacement
• Unclog and clean sewers and drains using proper equipment
• Protect company drain and jetting equipment from misuse
• Coordinate with field technicians, warehouse, dispatch, and management
• Exhibit professionalism and knowledge

Plumbing Maintenance Technician

• Complete plumbing evaluation forms accurately
• Perform minor plumbing tasks
• Identify and report potential job leads
• Complete time cards and inventory sheets daily
• Properly complete service invoices and work orders
• Maintain cleanliness of company truck
• Engage in ongoing training and coaching
• Perform routine residential plumbing maintenance
• Build client relationships through excellent service
• Educate clients on maintenance needs
• Adhere to quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of plumbing (preferred but not required)
