Summary:

We are seeking a reliable service plumber who is always prepared.

Responsibilities include:

• Repairing pipes, tanks, and water fixtures, unclogging toilets and drains, and handling various residential & commercial plumbing requirements.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
• Install pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
• Test systems for leaks and other issues.
• Obey health and safety codes at all times.
• Perform inspections and provide advice to clients.
• Select cost-effective, quality products for installation and repair.
• Collaborate with electricians, construction workers, and other professionals.
• Provide time and cost estimates prior to work.
• Communicate effectively with clients, especially if a job takes longer than expected.
• Maintain politeness and respect towards clients and their homes.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Competencies:

• Completed apprenticeship.
• Timeliness and punctuality at assigned client locations.
• Valid, current, unencumbered driver's license.
• Good driving record with no major violations.
• Attention to detail.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent work experience in a similar environment preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Service Plumber focusing on residential and commercial projects.

Basic computer skills preferred, including experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
