Morris-Jenkins seeks a Service Plumber in Charlotte, NC to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues with a focus on doing the job right the first time. You’ll explain options to customers and guide them through repairs, building trust and confidence in the process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to provide repair versus replacement options to customers.
• Knowledge of drain machines, camera and locator equipment; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic repair service calls and fix problems right the first time.
• Address customer concerns and explain processes to help them understand decisions.
• Hand off larger repairs to plumbing installers and coordinate as needed.
• Contribute to a respectful, low-stress customer experience on every call.
