Mr. Plumber Atlanta, A Coolray Company, is seeking a skilled plumbing professional to diagnose and repair residential plumbing emergencies, and to deliver world-class customer service. Join a fast-growing home service team with a lifetime parts & labor warranty and strong training.

Responsibilities include water heater replacement, fixture replacement, drain cleaning, and using sewer machines, with a goal of exceeding customer expectations in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• GA state plumbing license preferred.
• Residential service & repair experience.
• Leak location and repair, a plus.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Results driven in a high-energy environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Must pass MVR Test.
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently.

• Strong residential service experience and strong trouble shooting skills
• Provide customers with information on our Plumbing Care Maintenance Agreements
• Water Heater replacement and repair
• Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet)
• Drain Cleaning
• Competent use of conventional sewer machines
