Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, LLC is seeking service plumbers for Wilmington, Hampstead, Shallotte and surrounding areas. The role offers a compensation range of $75,000–$110,000 per year with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

The position emphasizes customer service excellence, teamwork, and flexible scheduling to balance personal and family time. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of residential plumbing experience, strong diagnostic abilities, and a commitment to quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential service, repair, replacement and installations.
• A passion for exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional, reliable, ethical, courteous, friendly, team player.
• Goal oriented, willingness to learn new skills.
• Thorough and accurate diagnostic skills.
• Quality workmanship a must.
• Proficient math and writing skills.
• Must be drug free and have no felony convictions, and be willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.
• Prior sales training, SGI, PSI, Contractors 2000, or Nexstar training a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plumbers will maintain a clean, professional appearance, perform nightly on‑call assignments during the week, and rotate emergency weekend calls.
