Job summary

Bighorn Plumbing in Nevada is seeking an experienced Service Plumber to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems. You will work on a variety of fixtures and equipment, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to a professional field team.

The role offers performance-based earning with no cap, a sign-on bonus up to $5,000, and a schedule that excludes on-call nights and weekends; two-day weekends are provided, along with seven paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Residential service plumbing experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to install and repair plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional, dependable, clean, and friendly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Backflow and manometer experience/certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer questions clearly.
• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Install and repair piping, fittings, faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, water softeners, and other plumbing equipment.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend solutions.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and proper operation.
• Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections.
• Complete scheduled service calls efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete work accurately while upholding company standards.
