Job summary

Bighorn Plumbing in Northern Nevada is expanding and seeks an experienced Service Plumber who can diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems. You will work independently with a focus on quality customer service.

This role offers a performance-based pay structure with no earning cap, sign-on bonus up to $5,000, two-day weekends, and no on-call or night shifts. Earn more by completing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer questions and concerns.
• Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Install and repair piping, fittings, faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, water softeners, and other plumbing equipment.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks, pressure issues, and proper operation.
• Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections.
• Complete scheduled service calls efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete work accurately while maintaining standards for quality and service.

Bighorn Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Service Plumber who wants the opportunity to earn based on performance—not be limited by an hourly wage or salary cap.

Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Qualified experienced plumbers are eligible for an up to $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid throughout the first year of employment. Eligibility and full bonus details will be discussed during the interview.

Unlimited Earning Potential

Our compensation structure is performance-based with no earning cap. The more productive you are in the field, the greater your earning potential.

Your pay is based on completed/billed work in the field, meaning high-performing technicians have the opportunity to earn significantly more. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Backflow and manometer experience/certifications are a plus.
