Job summary

Greenwell Plumbing, Heating & Air, part of TurnPoint Services, is hiring a Service Plumber - Construction to serve customers in Southern Indiana and Kentucky with quality repairs, installations, and on-site service. You’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering excellent customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in residential plumbing, a valid driver’s license, and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing service
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and tools
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues.
• Conduct service calls for emergency plumbing needs.
• Install plumbing systems, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other fixtures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and plumbing regulations; maintain organized workspace.
• Communicate with clients; explain services performed and ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately complete service reports, estimates, and invoices.
