Job summary

Greenwell Plumbing, Heating & Air in New Albany, Indiana, is seeking a Service Plumber to deliver high-quality residential and commercial plumbing services along the Southern Indiana and Kentucky regions. You’ll diagnose issues, perform repairs, install fixtures, and ensure every job meets safety standards and customer expectations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of residential plumbing, a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing service.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, work in various weather conditions, and enter confined spaces as needed.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and tools
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plumbing Repairs:Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, broken pipes, drain cleaning, and faulty fixtures.
• Service Calls:Conduct service calls for emergency plumbing needs, assessing and resolving issues on-site.
• Installation:Install plumbing systems, water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures as needed.
• Safety and Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and plumbing regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Customer Service:Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of services performed and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Documentation:Accurately complete service reports, estimates, and invoices.
