Job summary
Dunn’s HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical, a Southern Home Services company, seeks a Service Plumber to perform residential plumbing service, including troubleshooting, installation, and repair of plumbing systems. You will diagnose issues, implement repairs, and ensure compliance with local codes while communicating effectively with homeowners.
Ideal candidates have a Journeyman Plumber license, 2+ years of hands-on experience, and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Plumber license required.
- Journeyman Gas Fitter preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on plumbing experience in residential/commercial systems.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Reading blueprints, drawings, and job specs.
- Experience with water, gas and sewage systems; familiarity with codes.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing problems and determine repairs or replacements.
- Install and assemble plumbing systems and equipment; valves, fittings, pipes.
- Perform installation, maintenance and repair of water, gas and sewage systems.
- Test for leaks using air or water; ensure safety and functionality.
- Manage inventory of plumbing supplies in the vehicle; track receipts.
- Follow safety protocols and customer service standards.
