Qualifications

• 2+ years plumbing service or warranty experience.
• Valid Journeyman Plumber's License (preferred; required in some areas).
• Valid driver's license and insurable under company vehicle policy.
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and confined space work.
• Proficient use of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform service calls and warranty work, including diagnostics, repairs, and minor installations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining findings and recommending solutions.
• Accurately diagnose plumbing issues and provide lasting repairs.
• Complete required documentation, including service reports and warranty claims.
• Ensure all work meets plumbing code and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including job site and company vehicle.
• Collaborate with dispatch and management for scheduling and job updates.
• Mentor and support apprentices as needed during service visits.
• Maintain inventory of service vehicle materials and request restocks as needed.
• Follow all company policies regarding conduct, safety, and vehicle use.
