Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, faulty fixtures, and water heater problems.
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems such as piping, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
  • Collaborate with HVAC technicians when plumbing is integrated with heating and cooling systems.
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with customers regarding work scope, estimates, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and service reports.
  • Keep company vehicle organized, stocked, and clean.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for emergency services as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship preferred.
  • Valid plumbing license (state-specific).
  • 2–4 years of plumbing experience, especially in service and repair.
  • Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, and equipment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Work comfortably in varying conditions (heat, cold, indoor/outdoor).
