Job Requirements:

• Read work orders to assess work required and to determine installation and repair methods to use
• Remove and replace damaged, defective, or obsolete piping and plumbing fixtures
• Must be able to install plumbing piping systems
• Knowledge of testing plumbing systems to identify leaks
• Understand and know how to install pipes and pipe fittings by using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to repair and maintain plumbing systems
• Drain cabling and televising
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Good communication / interpersonal skills while providing quality customer service
• Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within allotted time frame
• Able to work well with others as well as independently, with little or no supervision
• Superb attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Able to effectively use computers and mobile devices
