Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• At least three years of experience independently operating a plumbing service truck.
• Five or more years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong residential and commercial plumbing knowledge.
• Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently.
• Experience using drain-cleaning equipment and standard plumbing tools.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Professional appearance and respectful attitude.
• Ability to work a full 40-hour week and participate in the on-call rotation.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of service plumbing.
• Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and commercial service calls
• Accurately diagnose plumbing problems
• Provide customers with repair and replacement options and upfront pricing
• Perform plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, fixture replacements, water-heater work, repiping, and natural-gas services
• Complete safe, code-compliant work and test all repairs before leaving
• Protect customers’ homes using shoe covers, drop cloths, and proper cleanup procedures
• Maintain accurate estimates, invoices, notes, photos, and payment records in ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service truck
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, managers, and teammates
• Participate in company meetings and training
• Participate reliably in the company’s scheduled on-call rotation

$200 Sign-On Bonus

The $200 sign-on bonus is paid after completing 90 days of employment and receiving a satisfactory evaluation.

• Plumbing knowledge and diagnostic ability
• Proper use of the company pricebook and ServiceTitan
• Accurate job documentation
• Cleanliness and organization
• Communication and teamwork
• Reliability during the on-call rotation
• Callback history and customer satisfaction
• Willingness to accept coaching and follow company procedures

The employee must be actively employed and in good standing when the bonus is paid. Completing 90 days alone does not guarantee payment.
