Zoom Drain in Smithfield is expanding, seeking a Plumbing Technician who can diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, and install fixtures. The role emphasizes reliable, high-quality service and customer care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plumbing experience
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of residential/commercial plumbing systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• physically lift up to 75 lbs and access attics, crawl spaces, and roofs

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Install water heaters, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures
• Troubleshoot and repair leaks, water pressure issues, and system failures
• Educate customers on options with honesty and clarity
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and represent Zoom Drain professionally
• Complete jobs with accuracy and integrity—every time
