Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately.
• Repair and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, hose bibs, shut-off valves, and fixtures.
• Repair leaks in water, drain, and sewer piping.
• Clear drain stoppages using professional drain cleaning equipment.
• Perform sewer camera inspections and identify plumbing issues.
• Install customer-approved plumbing repairs and replacement equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
