Job summary

1 Tom Plumber Minneapolis South is hiring Service Plumbers to diagnose sewer and drain issues, perform drain cleaning, and deliver reliable, round-the-clock service for residential and commercial customers in Minnesota.

You will operate hydro-jetters, drain machines, and sewer cameras, troubleshoot problems, and communicate findings to customers while representing a growing, customer-focused company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer service, or a related field.
• Experience with drain machines, hydro-jetters, sewer cameras, or similar equipment.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing, sewer, and drainage systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to safely handle heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving sewer and drain problems.
• Performing drain cleaning and sewer services.
• Operating drain machines, snakes, hydro-jetters, and other professional equipment.
• Performing sewer camera inspections and identifying problem areas.
• Troubleshooting plumbing and drainage issues.
• Recommending solutions and explaining your findings to customers.
• Performing preventative maintenance and emergency services.
• Completing accurate service documentation.
• Maintaining company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Following safety standards and applicable plumbing codes.
• Working closely with dispatch and the rest of the team to provide an outstanding customer experience.
