Job summary

Spectrum AC is seeking an experienced Service Plumber to support our residential and commercial plumbing division in the West Palm Beach area. You will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems while delivering excellent customer service and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Residential and commercial service experience.

What You'll Do

As a Service Plumber, you'll diagnose, repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial customers while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll respond to service calls independently, troubleshoot plumbing issues, perform repairs and replacements, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable plumbing codes.

You'll work on water lines, drain lines, fixtures, faucets, water heaters, piping systems, valves, and other plumbing components while performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and plumbing upgrades. You'll also explain repair recommendations, answer customer questions, prepare accurate service documentation, maintain an organized service vehicle, and work closely with dispatch to provide timely, professional service.

As your experience grows, you'll have opportunities to mentor apprentices and assist in developing newer members of the plumbing team.

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking experienced plumbing professionals with residential or commercial service experience and strong troubleshooting skills. Candidates should be comfortable diagnosing plumbing problems, performing repairs, installing fixtures and piping systems, and delivering excellent customer service.

Experience reading blueprints, plumbing layouts, and job specifications is beneficial. Backflow certification is a plus, and a Journeyman Plumbing License is preferred but not required.

Successful candidates are dependable, organized, self-motivated, and able to manage service calls independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism.

A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.
