What You'll Do

As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, maintain, repair, and optimize commercial HVAC equipment for a wide variety of businesses throughout the West Palm Beach area. You'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and airflow issues, complete repairs, and ensure systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

You'll service rooftop units, package units, split systems, heat pumps, VRF and VRV systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, make-up air units, exhaust systems, building automation controls, and other commercial mechanical equipment. You'll also perform equipment startups, verify system performance, complete detailed electronic service documentation, communicate findings and recommendations with facility managers and customers, and coordinate with dispatch and internal teams to deliver an exceptional service experience.

This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse commercial systems while continually expanding your technical knowledge through manufacturer training and hands-on field experience.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced commercial HVAC professionals with at least three years of commercial service experience. Candidates should have strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment, refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and mechanical systems.

Hands-on experience with rooftop units, package units, split systems, boilers, chillers, VRF systems, and commercial control systems is highly preferred. Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting abilities are essential.

EPA Certification is required, and additional industry certifications are highly valued. Successful candidates are dependable, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining exceptional customer service and professional communication.

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
