HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited in Lorton, VA is seeking an experienced Rough-In Plumber to join our Northern Virginia team. This full-time role focuses on commercial plumbing rough-ins, water waste and vent piping, and reading blueprints to ensure code compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of plumbing experience
• Strong experience in commercial rough-in plumbing
• Residential plumbing skills are a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing rough-in work for commercial projects
• Install water, waste, and vent piping systems to code
• Read blueprints, layouts, and job specifications
• Complete commercial plumbing service and repair work as needed
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and field teams
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
