Job summary

GEM Plumbing & Heating Services, LLC in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Service Plumber to join our growing residential plumbing team. This full-time role requires travel within the MA area and offers the chance to work on a variety of systems while delivering high-quality customer service.

You will install, repair, and replace plumbing assets, maintain a clean worksite, and collaborate with supervisors. A Journeyman or Master Plumber license is required, along with residential or commercial

Qualifications

• Holds a Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
• Prior residential or commercial plumbing experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems.
• Provide world-class customer service daily.
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean work area.

Overview

As a Service Plumber, you will work within our residential plumbing department. This position is full time and will require travel within the MA area.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace various residential Plumbing systems, sometimes in confined or high places
• Provide world-class customer service to our customers on a daily basis
• Complete paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain clean work area
• Work closely with all other workers and supervisors while maintaining a polite, professional attitude
• Arrive on time to all jobs ready to work
• Attend company meetings as necessary
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies

Qualifications

• Holds a Journeyman or Master Plumber license - $5K Sign on Bonus !
• Must have prior residential or commercial experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work on-call and weekend hours
