Mission Mechanical, a well-established Plumbing, HVAC, and Refrigeration Service Company based in Indiana, is hiring a Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diverse building plumbing systems while ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and clear communication.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose diverse building plumbing issues
• Obtain and install replacement parts as needed
• Calibrate plumbing systems to manufacturer’s specifications
• Communicate diagnoses and solutions clearly to customers
• Electronically process credit card payments, work orders, and before/after photos

Job Requirements

• 5-7 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Indiana Plumbing License preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug and background screenings
• Possess reasonable trade-specific tools
• Physical ability to climb ladders and rooftops
• Availability for 40 hours per week plus overtime (OT)

Job Type: Expected hours: 40 per week.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00/hour
