1-Tom Plumber in Lafayette, LA is hiring a full-time residential service plumber. You will run service calls, diagnose issues, and provide options to customers.

You’ll earn a guaranteed base salary of $50,000–$60,000 paid weekly, plus commissions and bonuses. Company car, insurance, and training are included.

We value punctuality, customer service, and being on-call on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Louisiana journeyman license is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Good with customers, punctual and pride in work.

Responsibilities

• Run residential and commercial service calls (repairs, installs, drain work).
• Diagnose problems and present honest options to customers.
• Build estimates and invoices in ServiceTitan; keep van stocked and clean.
• Take turns on the on-call rotation and respond promptly.

What You'll Do

• Run residential and commercial service calls: repairs, fixture installs, drain cleaning, water heaters, slab leaks, excavation

• Take your turn on the on‑call rotation and respond fast when it's your week

What We Need

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience
