1-Tom Plumber Global, Inc. in Lafayette, LA seeks experienced residential service plumbers to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for homes and small businesses. We offer a guaranteed base salary of $50,000–$60,000 per year, paid weekly, plus commission and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Louisiana journeyman license is a plus, not required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Good with customers and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Run residential and commercial service calls: repairs, fixture installs, drain cleaning, water heaters, slab leaks, excavation.
• Diagnose the problem, give the customer honest options, and do it right the first time.
• Build estimates and invoices in ServiceTitan, keep your van stocked and clean.
• Take your turn on the on-call rotation and respond fast when it's your week.

Guaranteed base salary $50,000 to $60,000, paid weekly, plus commission and bonuses. Our techs make $80,000+ and the hustlers clear $90,000.
