Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician in Ohio. Potential earnings up to $150,000 per year and a $2,500 retention bonus are highlighted. The role includes training to build skills and grow within Eco as the company expands.

You will follow our service system, educate customers, deliver quality workmanship, and maintain a clean work area and vehicle. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with opportunities for advancement as Eco grows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Plumber.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and how to apply them on the job.
• Skilled in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repairs.

Multiple Shifts

• Day: Monday-Friday 7 AM - 4PM
• Night: Monday - Friday 12 PM - 9PM
• Weekend: Friday - Monday 8 AM - 6PM Potential Shift Differential
• Every Shift has a $2,500 Retention bonus

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Plumber
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and how to apply them on the job.
• Skilled in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repairs.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable using iPad-based software.
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a team environment.
• Proven plumbing experience with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for long periods.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ready to work in all types of weather.
• Able to communicate clearly in English.
• Willing and able to wear all required PPE (safety glasses, safety-toe boots, etc.).
