Responsibilities

• Residential service, repair, replacement and installations of plumbing systems.
• Nightly on‑call assignment during the week and rotating emergency weekend calls (no week‑long on‑call rotations).
• Maintain a clean cut appearance in line with customer and team standards.
• Flexible scheduling to balance personal and family time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential service, repair, replacement and installations.
• Passion for exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional, reliable, ethical, courteous, friendly, and a team player.
• Goal‑oriented and willing to learn new skills.
• Thorough and accurate diagnostic skills.

• Proficient math and writing skills.

Compensation

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year; great pay and bonuses; potential up to $100K annually plus benefits.
