• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for residential and light commercial plumbing systems
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about issues and solutions
• Accurately complete work orders and maintain documentation via tech tools provided
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and company standards
• Collaborate with team members and dispatch to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and company vehicles

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (residential and some light commercial)
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Energetic, punctual, and open to learning and feedback
• Willing to work 40+ hours weekly, including occasional weekends and overtime
• Positive attitude with a desire to grow in the plumbing trade
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Competitive hourly pay: $35 - $45/hour
