Job Summary

This role will utilize route analysis software to adjust territory plans to create effective and efficient daily and weekly tactical route plans for assigned branch locations. They will perform data analysis of plans, resource availability, and territory. This role will also maintain geographic codes, addresses, and customer information and report metrics daily to the Service Planning Supervisor and Branch Managers/Technicians.

  • Work Orders scheduled per day/month
  • 30 and 60 day completion rate
  • Planned Miles between Work Orders
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
  • Create route plans using work order data and route analysis software
  • Communicate routes within assigned territory to service personnel
  • Review plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor
  • Create daily summary reports for supervisor
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Candidate Summary
Required Experience:
  • Advanced knowledge of Routing and Scheduling software systems
  • Knowledge of company’s branch service department, resources, territory structure, and scheduling
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to interpret business documents, manuals, regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of texting and related software
  • Effective interaction with co-workers and the public
  • Basic knowledge of the company’s operating systems
Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders
  • Drive, work ethic, personal accountability, and ability to work under pressure
  • High integrity and ability to build trusting relationships
Formal Education, Qualifications, or Training
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience in the service industry
  • 1-2 years of related experience as dispatcher or customer service agent
Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Must meet physical demands such as moving objects up to 10 pounds, sitting for long periods, repetitive motions, and effective communication.

Additional Requirements
  • Close visual acuity for detail-oriented tasks
  • Inside working environment with variable conditions
Compensation

Hourly: $18.00 - $25.20, with variations based on location, skills, experience, and performance factors.
