Job Description

Consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors. Maintain an upbeat and positive attitude, create positive energy with gestures, and sustain enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Create an atmosphere of luck and celebrate guests’ wins. Be ready to serve, stay informed of daily information, and build relationships by greeting guests warmly. Anticipate needs and provide fast, flawless service. Check for satisfaction and resolve service issues effectively. Promote Caesars Rewards programs and card membership. Offer a warm farewell and thank guests for visiting.

Essential Functions

• Greet guests at assigned tables, ensure each guest has a menu, and take meal orders for the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages, check on guests periodically, and suggest desserts and checks when appropriate.
• Have basic knowledge of menu prices, food and beverage items, specials, and proper serving procedures.
• Handle cash and check transactions accurately.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as needed per guidelines and PRIDE certification.

Qualifications

Open to all; prior waiter/waitress experience preferred. Ability to carry a service tray, legible handwriting, basic math skills, and ability to read English are required.
