Job summary

Emeco Underground is seeking a skilled Service Person to join our heavy earthmoving team. You’ll perform routine maintenance, oil and filter changes, refuelling, and document issues while upholding strict safety standards on mine sites.

Applicants should hold a Australian Drivers Licence and have prior service experience in mining or civil industries; Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain) are required. A pre-employment medical including drug screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Person in mining/civil industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine maintenance and servicing of heavy mining equipment, including oil and filter changes.
• Record, report, and document equipment issues, damages, and servicing activities accurately.
• Perform refuelling operations on mining equipment as directed.
• Identify and report potential hazards, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including the mine's SHMS, and promote a strong safety culture.
• Assist with ongoing maintenance and optimisation of Emeco’s heavy earthmoving fleet.
• Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others

What Your Day Will Look Like

What We’ll Need From You
