Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain commercial facilities according to standards.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect assigned areas.
• Sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Maintain floors, surfaces, fixtures, doors, and glass.
• Follow site procedures and checklists.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
• Work with others to provide high-quality service.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain commercial facilities according to GSF and customer standards
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, common areas, and other facility spaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Clean and maintain floors, surfaces, fixtures, doors, glass, and other assigned areas
• Follow site-specific cleaning procedures, schedules, and checklists
• Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Report maintenance concerns, supply needs, or other issues to your supervisor
• Work respectfully around customers, employees, and other members of the facility
• Take ownership of your work and make sure assigned areas are completed to the expected standard
• Work as part of a team to provide consistent, high-quality service

Previous commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. GSF provides initial and ongoing training covering cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, safety, restroom cleaning, floor care, and other areas of professional commercial cleaning.
