Job summary

GSF USA is hiring a Construction Clean Operator to perform detailed post-construction cleaning of newly completed spaces in the Grand Rapids area. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to ensure turnover readiness.

Responsibilities include removing dust, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning kitchens and fixtures, following project safety requirements, and working with the project team to meet schedules. Daytime hours, Monday–Friday, 20–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual in a construction cleaning setting.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure turnover quality.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Respect safety rules and site protocols at all times.
• Construction cleaning, janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Use commercial cleaning equipment and products.
• Follow all jobsite safety requirements.

GSF USA is hiring dependable and hardworking Construction Clean Operators to support an ongoing construction cleaning project in the Grand Rapids area.

This is a hands-on position for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy seeing the results of a job well done. Operators will work as part of a team performing detailed cleaning of newly constructed spaces as they are completed and prepared for turnover.

Pay & Schedule

• $18–$20 per hour , based on experience
• 20–40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• Primarily daytime hours
• Weekly hours may vary depending on the construction schedule and project needs
