Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. Whitestown, IN is seeking a forklift operator to load and unload pallets and cases for delivery. You will operate a forklift after training and certification, select cases to fill orders, and maintain sanitation throughout the shift.

This position requires availability for weekends and holidays, physical stamina for lifting 15–50 pounds, and the ability to work in a high-energy environment with varying temperatures and equipment. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to work weekends/holidays and odd shifts.
• Willing/able to work at heights and in extreme temperatures/surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and cases to/from trailers.
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
• Select appropriate cases per order using required systems.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.
• Assist with loading trailers and stacking cases for transport.
