Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and manage service department team members to high performance.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor performance of service staff.
• Provide enthusiastic leadership to shape team attitudes and morale.
• Forecast and execute goals, KPIs, and objectives for the department.
• Monitor performance using reports and surveys; ensure efficient, profitable operation.
• Ensure compliance with laws, OEM policies, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Parts Manager for department growth; maintain service quality and minimize comebacks.
• Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus for frequent labor operations.
