Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill in Iowa is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, ensure quality and guest satisfaction, and oversee daily operations.

You will supervise teams, handle cash procedures, train new hires, and play a key role in maintaining our fast-casual culture and service standards.

Experience in leadership within a food service environment is preferred; no formal education required. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs.
