This role is for Internal Focus Financial Partners or Focus Partners Wealth employees only. Position Summary The Service & Operations Integration Manager leads integration efforts supporting mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through post-close implementation of acquired firms into the Service & Operations organization. This role partners closely with Service & Operations Leadership, Onboarding & Integration, Corporate Development, Client Service, Core Operations, Platform Operations, Advisory Leadership, Technology, Compliance, Human Resources, and other business partners to plan, coordinate, and execute successful integrations to the Focus Partners Wealth operating model. The Integration Manager develops M&A integration plans for Service & Operations, manages integration execution, and implements consistent operating models and business processes to support a smooth transition for associates, advisors, and clients. A key focus of this role is coordinating onboarding and training efforts, knowledge transfer, and role readiness during the integration lifecycle. In partnership with Onboarding & Integration and Service & Operations leaders, the Integration Manager supports newly acquired teams through post-close stabilization before transitioning associate development and training to Client Service leadership and the Client Service Training Manager. This includes supporting associate learning and understanding of new workflows, systems, service expectations, and operating procedures. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Integration Manager serves as an extension of the Service & Operations Leadership Team, helping ensure integration decisions, operating models, and implementation activities remain aligned with organizational priorities and the Focus Partners Wealth Service & Operations model. As this is a new established role, responsibilities will continue to evolve as the integration program matures and organizational priorities change. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset to help shape the future of Service & Operations integration.
This position is an exempt position.
The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $120,000-$150,000 . Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.
The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
