Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Service Operation Manager to lead a high-performing aftermarket service team and drive excellence in service delivery. You will cultivate strong customer relationships and address service issues while guiding continuous improvement across the portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a valid driver's license, and 5+ years in maintenance or service operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual proficiency: native Spanish and advanced professional English (written and spoken).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in maintenance management, service operations, field service leadership, or similar supervisory roles.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating operational activities.
• Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in aftermarket, maintenance contracts, or technical services is highly desirable.

• Bilingual proficiency, with native Spanish and advanced professional English communication skills (writtenand spoken).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, service operations, field serviceleadership, or similar supervisory/management positions.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating operational activities.
• Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in adynamic environment.
• Experience in aftermarket, maintenance contracts, technical services, or industrial operations is highlydesirable.
